The mandate was primarily the detailed planning of the project in collaboration with managers and project engineers at different sites.


Scope of mandate

During planning, Proxima has implemented a methodology of automatic submission of planned hours and activities for the operational teams. This methodology has resulted in a rapid harmonization of content and required hours for the project.


Coordinate multi-site teams (Plattsburgh, L’Assomption, St Bruno, Sahagun). Obtain multi-site teams agreements concerning project hours and activities. Plan and analyze the complex relationships between engineering and production, while achieving cost and time goals.
